Orders & Shipping
1. How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Punjab: 1 to 2 working days.
Other Provinces (Sindh, KPK, Balochistan): 3 to 5 working days depending on the courier service.
2. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the weight of the books/parcel. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over PKR 3,000.
3. Which courier service do you use?
We use trusted courier partners (like Trax, PostEx, or Leopards) to ensure your books and fragile items (like Attar bottles) reach you safely.
4. Can I open the parcel before payment?
As per courier policy, parcels cannot be opened before payment. However, if you face any issues after opening, we offer a full refund or exchange for damaged items.

Your trust is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send us a picture/video on WhatsApp (0303-6766888) within 3 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund your money immediately.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the mistake is on our end (wrong book sent, damaged item), we offer a 100% refund or free replacement.

1. Do you offer discounts for Madrasas and Students?
Yes! We specialize in wholesale for Dars-e-Nizami syllabi and bulk supplies for Madrasas. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your list of required books, and we will provide a special discounted quotation.
2. I am a shopkeeper. Can I buy Attar/Perfumes in bulk?
Absolutely. We supply wholesale quantities of Attar, Oudh, and Islamic lifestyle products to retailers across Pakistan.
